Refund policy

At Beartruth Books, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our comics and graphic novels. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused merchandise.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email, etc.) is required to process all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at mario@beartruthcollective.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, shipping label, and detailed return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. 

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
